Adata Brand in Ghana

AUTHOR'S NETWORK OF TEST LABORATORIES We continue to get acquainted with the products of XPG, the gaming brand of the notorious ADATA company. Earlier, we have already tested the flagship XPG PRECOG headset, which pleased with the presence of electrostatic speakers along with the usual dynamic ones. Now it's the turn of another device - the XPG Primer gaming mouse, which is also the oldest model in the brand's lineup. The novelty is distinguished, first of all, by an interesting stylization and a flagship sensor. In addition, the model has several interesting ergonomic solutions, as well as durable switches. Of course, it's not without RGB backlighting. At retail, at the time of publication, XPG Primer can be purchased from 4,500 rubles, which is very profitable against the background of most competitors. 7 pieces (two main - Omron switches) The packaging is a box familiar to gaming mice with a door on the front panel. The package does not include anything other than the XPG Primer itself and documentation. The mouse itself  Adata Brand in Ghana looks stylish. The shapes are very well chosen, and the low profile visually provides additional charm. The design highlights the base of the mouse, which is made in red. It looks out a little from under the body and fits well into the overall style. Separately, it is worth noting the materials - PBT plastic with a rough surface has a good effect on ergonomics, and is pleasant to the touch. Moreover, the mouse does not collect dust and fingerprints at all, as is often the case with soft-touch coatings. A plastic textured pattern is used on the sides for a more confident grip. But the mouse is not suitable for left-handers, since it is asymmetrical. For those users who are accustomed to more massive mice, the shape of the body will seem unusual at first, since the right side has a pronounced roundness. But this feature often allows you to better grip the mouse with a palm grip. Although, if the fingers are very long, the shape of the body may not fit. Therefore, we recommend that you try the mouse in person before purchasing. The XPG Primer's backlighting is not very colorful, but it still stands out favorably against the background of competitors. The highlight lines are in a relatively standard arrangement, but the Primer logo creates an additional visual style. It is located at the very top, under the LMB button. This is a very important design element, as manufacturers often install it under the palm of the hand, and during use the logo is not visible. But even there, the manufacturer did not leave the mouse without stylization, having installed a small glossy XPG inscription instead of the illuminated logo. As for the buttons, there are seven of them. The two main RMB and LMB operate on Omron switches with a 20 million-click resource. Between them there is a wheel with its own illumination, and on the left side are the usual G4 and G5 buttons. Two additional buttons are located behind the wheel, and it's worth talking about their functionality in more detail. The point is that XPG Primer does not have any proprietary software. Because of this, all mouse settings are performed directly on it, using the two mentioned buttons. The first toggles backlight modes, namely Static, Rainbow and Breathing and Off. Basically, that's all you can do with backlighting. There are no additional customization options. The second button switches DPI, and here it is worth talking about the sensor as well. The XPG Primer is equipped with the near-flagship PMW 3360 sensor, which is found in most gaming solutions in this price segment. Of course, this is not the "big brother" of PixArt 3389. But Primer is still not aimed at enthusiasts, unlike flagship products. The maximum DPI is 12,000, the tracking speed is 250 IPS (inches per second), and the acceleration is 50 g. Due to the lack of software, you can choose only one of six preset dpi positions, each of which is tied to a specific backlight color. The connection cable has a standard length of 1.8 meters and is fabric braided. The connection is via USB Type-A, there is no wireless operation. The speed and polling rate tests showed standard results at the minimum and maximum DPI values. The same applies to the acceleration tests, where no serious gaps were noticed. We tested the mouse in different genres of games on different mats. The manufacturer on the official XPG Primer page does not say anything about the type of grip of the mouse, which is not surprising. A https://jiji.com.gh/brand/adata
